Griffin Wayne

VP, National Account Manager, Newport Beach

I enjoy the face-to-face contact I have with my clients. They know that I always follow through. I do what I say I am going to do and get the job done. Compromise is not a word in my vocabulary.

ABOUT GRIFFIN

With 20 years of expertise and a flourishing client base, Vice President Griffin Wayne exemplifies the pioneering tenacity and steadfast leadership that has catapulted Commonwealth Title Company to the forefront of the industry. Mr. Wayne’s finely honed background encompasses all aspects of title and escrow and includes an emphasis on “special projects” such as right of way, wireless communications, wind/solar and commercial/industrial properties. Whether he is passionately engaging his team as an adroit manager, harnessing an innovative drive for solutions, engineering an enduring network of alliances, or fine-tuning the intricacies of a recent deal, Griffin brings a spirit of candor and levity to the discussion while remaining firmly rooted in his lifelong dedication to professionalism.

Evidence of his commitment to customer satisfaction first surfaced in his role at previous employer Stewart Title, where he received the Top Producer Award in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008. In his past 8 years with Commonwealth Title, Griffin has been inducted into the Top Producers Club year after year.

Throughout both personal and professional endeavors, Griffin strives to make a difference in his community and beyond. He excels in his work as a football and baseball coach and as a volunteer in the youth department of his church. In addition, he is proud to serve as a board member of the International Right of Way Association and as an active participant in the CLTA, CALWA, RIOC, MBA, WTS, ICSC, Mobility21, NAIOP, and the CTIA. In his continuing effort to support Non Profit Educational Organizations, in 2017 Griffin was bestowed the honor of “Professional of the Year” by the International Right of Way Association. Griffin was born and raised in North Orange County. He enjoys boating and relaxing by the lake with his wife of 20 years, Deanna, and their three children.
